Casa de Lis was lovingly founded by its first owner, Lis, whose dream was to create a place where every guest could feel at home. Today, that beautiful foundation lives on through its new owners, Dennia and Carolina, two passionate women who have embraced Casa de Lis with a renewed vision.
With deep respect for Lis’s legacy, Dennia and Carolina have infused the hotel with their own heart and purpose: to create an experience where warmth, genuine care, comfort, and peaceful energy are felt in every detail. I had a great stay at this hostel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the place felt secure at all times. The outdoor patio was especially lovely — surrounded by gardens, flowers, and even a friendly neighborhood cat that liked to hang around. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the staff spoke enough English to make communication easy. They did have tea and coffee available, which was nice. Overall, a cozy an pleasant place to stay
